HOW TO GET THERE
from the airport
From Lisbon Airport (Portela) to Cidade Universitária campus is a 10 min drive. Lisbon Airport is very close to the city centre – 7km from the centre - and there are different alternatives to get there, namely by subway (Metro), Aerobus, city bus (Carris) or by taxi.
by taxi
Taxis allow you to arrive at Cidade Universitária campus from any point in the city. But the fare also increases according to the distance, traffic and day time. An Airport-Cidade Universitária trip is around €10. It is also possible to buy "taxi vouchers" at the airport from €20 to €25.
by bus
The whole city of Lisbon is provided with an urban transport network with convenient timetables and frequent buses. The following buses stop in the campus: 31, 35, 738, 768

by metro
The campus is served by the metro station Cidade Universitária: Yellow Line (Linha amarela). It takes around 15 to 20 minutes from the city centre and costs €1,25 plus €0,50 for "viva viagem" rechargeable card.
