1st step: Please fill in the ON-LINE Registration Form

Early bird registration fees will only be confirmed if the registration form and the payment are received by the Secretariat by APRIL 8, 2016.

 

Student registration fees will only be accepted after receiving proof of academic enrollment.

If written cancellation is received on or before April 30, 2016, a refund of all meeting fees will be made (except for payment by credit card). No refund will be possible after April 30, 2016.​

Note 1: No costs associated with the bank transfer can be charged to the Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning - University of Lisbon.

Note 2: Reimbursement of the registration fee is not possible.

Your registration and presentation confirmation is conditional upon submission of proof of payment.

Please, note that the payment through Credit Card is only available for Registration fee. Meals and Field Trip fees for Students should be paid on arrival.
